Lee: We want to see God make you a paymaster. Are you tired of living from week to week or payday to payday?

The children of Israel, we say they were so blessed because God put a cloud over them, put a fire over them, put a table in the wilderness, put water; it come out of the rock and give them manna from heaven. They were so blessed.

Well, I’ve got news for you. They were not. They were not blessed. You say, “Well, Brother Sherrell, how can you make a statement like that? Because my Bible tells me the blessing was in Canaan.” They were under a mercy realm. Are you tired of being in that mercy area? Are you tired of living in that mercy realm? Well, how do I get out?

First, your mind’s got to change. If your mind doesn’t change, your body won’t follow something that doesn’t change. Your body follows your mind.

And so, whenever those people could not get that bondage thinking out of their mind, their carcass stayed in the wilderness. So, the ones that went on in to possess the blessings is the ones that could hear what was said. And the only way they could see it was a 20 year old, a generation from 20 years old down, received those promises that the forefathers should have had, but they couldn’t change their thinking.

God is saying today, “If you will bring yourself out from under that cloud, out of that mercy thinking, mercy.” We have been trained to think in a mercy realm and we’ve called it blessings.

Charles: Conquests.

Lee: God says, “Not so. Destroy. Bring down that mercy thinking. Bring it under subjection. Let’s go to Canaan. That’s where the blessings are.”

Charles: Yes. But, Canaan means conquest. Canaan means that you’ve got – it’s the land flowing with milk and honey. Well, guess what? You’ve got to milk the cows and you’ve got to fight off the bees. It’s work.

“I have put seven nations more mighty and more powerful than you in your path and you are to take and you are to drive out the ites; the Hivites, and the Hittites, and the Jebusites.”

We talked about yesterday the boundaries in Judges Chapter 1. God in the first wave of breakthrough, he created the boundaries for them to go into Canaan land. And the Canaanites were the first ones, Brother, that they had to fight off.

But then, they had weakness and they lost some of their battles if you look at the 400 years in the Book of Judges, but they had to fight and kick the enemies off their land. The spiritual warfare is not so much in the church. The spiritual warfare, the battle is in the businesses.

And I wanted to say, I want to speak to you, businessperson. You’re not a second class citizen. You don’t have to try to get in the ministry. You already are in the ministry. You don’t have to be pastor, an evangelist or a missionary to be in the ministry. You are a shepherd.

If you’re a leader of your business, you’re a shepherd and you’re an influencer of your people. And we recognize that with W.I.S.E. and we release you. We even ultimately license and ordain businesspeople.

The mountain of the church, the mountain of religion, cannot fight this battle anymore. This battle is taken now to the other mountains of influence; into mountain of business, in education, in family, in media, in arts and entertainment, in governments. It must be taken to [40:24 inaudible].

We must take the presence and the power of God into your mountain of influence and you can realize that you are divinely enabled by God and called by God. And you’re not less important to God than someone that’s “in the ministry.” Amen.

And so, take your mountains of influence. Possess the land. Subdue it. Be fruitful. Multiply. Operate in a level of freedom. There is a choking that’s happening right now. There’s a choking that’s happening of credit. There’s a choking that happening of cash flow.

We need come. As the Lord says, “Let us reason together. Though your sins be as scarlet, they’re white as snow; they will be red as crimson. They shall be as wool.”

We need to reason together. We need to ally with each other. We need to ally. In Judges, Judah allied with Simeon. They said, “Let’s take it together. I’ll help you fight your enemies and you help me fight my enemies.” Judah, which is phrased, aligned with Simeon which is answer intercession. So, let’s go into it together.

This is the year and the decade of alliances. We’re seeing the government is aligned. We’re seeing how the enemy is trying and has taken territory, even of this nation of the United States. It’s time for the Body of Christ to align with businesses and to say, “Let’s work on this thing together.”

Lee: Amen.

Lee: I notice – I was looking through your handbill here and it says, “Why distinctives?” I believe it said here, but this one part “become knowledgeable about your business and match our intercessors strength with your needs.”

Charles: Oh, that’s so important.

Lee: Tell us about that.

Charles: Well, it’s one thing to have people praying, but it’s another thing to have people that understand your business and then God speaks to them. He speaks to them in prophetic word. He speaks to them in a dream. They get a sensing.

So, now that they understand your business processes, they can relate it to you at your level as the leader. And so, we take the strengths of our intercessors and match them with the needs of the clients.

Lee: Amen. And so, another one: “Provide quick response to client’s needs and availability around the clock in emergency situations.”

Charles: We’re there 24/7.

Lee: So, they can get a hold of you any time.

Charles: Yes. Now, obviously, at 3:00 in morning, it could be more challenging.

Lee: It’s going to be kind of tough. It says, “Focus on core issues to get the root cause of problems to replace them with positive results.” So, you go right to the roots of the problem and it’s just like out on the ranch out there. If I’m digging something up, if I don’t take a root up, it will grow right back.

A lot of people, so much, they’ll cut it off and cut it off, but if you don’t go down and pull the root out, then the thing – you always have a problem and I believe God gives you insight to go after those things and whenever you do go into the problem or something that may be stopping because it’s just like yesterday when we were talking to Brother Robinson.

You had mentioned some things and I know God had to show it to you and it backed up what God had given me. And so, in our talk, you see another avenue; like there’s a light. There’s something greater coming.

And a lot of people don’t know. Some people are about to throw their hands up. They’re saying, “Hey, this is where I’m going to be for the rest of my life.” They just need to know that that gate can be opened up in their mind and there’s a gate.

Our eyes are called eye gates, ear gates. These gates have to be opened up, even the gates, in response to what God’s giving us. Your eyes receive. The mouth speaks. Ears receive, but our mouth speaks. It’s got to go in the heart.

So, as this comes in to the heart and what God’s given you to put in people’s heart, which I call the subconscious and its deposit in that heart, then whatever is in there has got to come out. And there’s a gate opening to receive and there’s a gate of putting out.

So, I believe what everything you’re doing here, I believe God is in it 100%. And I’m saying this for the people’s sake. If you need some answers, call those numbers and get a hold of Brother Robinson. God’s given them something so special. It’s unique. It’s different.
We always say intercessory is for the church; intercessory is for a person. But, why not say intercessory is for a business?

Charles: When Job went before the Lord and Satan was there and the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job; how righteous he is?” God was actually boasting upon Job and then, of course, Satan says, “Does Job serve you for naught? And he said, “I cannot get to him. You have protected Job. There’s a hedge. You’ve put a hedge around him.”

Lee: It couldn’t be seen naturally.

Charles: It could not be seen naturally, but in the spirit the enemy could not see Job’s life. He could not touch Job’s life except the Lord said, “Okay. To glorify my name and to prove to you that he’s a servant and he’s serving me because he loves me, not just because of what I do for him. Alright, I’m going to put that hedge down, but do not touch his life.” So, the enemy was allowed to go in there.

But, this proves that there can be hedges of protection put around people to protect them in their times of need and that’s what we do with W.I.S.E.

Charles: That may happen eventually, but up front no. It’s all professional and confidential.

Lee: So, when you come in, you’re seeing what can happen and God shows it to you, reveals to you the things that need to be done in this area to be able to pull them out into another level of their business; just like you made a statement a while ago that one business doubled within 24 hours.

Charles: Well, when you’re talking about their taking your business, this is taking your company to the next level spiritually and we answered the questions here – what is the kingdom company? What is the king? What is apostolic alignment? How do you structure a kingdom company?

What are destiny links? How do I know that my company is adequately covered in prayer? Can areas of weakness or blindness, as a CEO or as a leader, can that affect my company? What role as a leader or a CEO of my company do I have in its success spiritually? Do I need more people praying than just maybe a couple of people at prayer praying for five minutes a week? Do I need more accountability?

I say that you need to have accountability in your prayer covering and in the spiritual input that you have in your company. God is doing a new thing. My people perish for a lack of what? Knowledge.

We provide spiritual technology, if you will, spiritual knowledge to enable you. And this is a ministry and we do charge. Sometimes, we do bartering situations, but it’s really a ministry. It’s a part of our church which is a 501C3. And so, we are excited to enable you as a leader to take your company to the next level spiritually.

Lee: …and lifting people, elevating people up to another area and breaking.

And I’m going to say this too because a lot of people don’t realize this. 4So many people say, “Well, there’s a curse here. There’s a curse on their life.” What’s the first thing a doctor asks you? “Does anybody else in your family have this problem?” See, because that follows down through the lineage. And so, that DNA is projecting for the next one, for the next one. The reason they ask that is somebody had cancer over here, so we’re looking for cancer to be over here.

I believe and I’m going to say it like this – I truly believe that cancer is an infirmed spirit and, a lot of times, they can cut cancer out and it does work and there are certain things that do, but those spirits can move around. They’ll say, “We want to keep an eye on you,” but that spirit – there’s an infirmed spirit – not everything is an infirmed spirit, but a disease that feels like this is an infirmed spirit unless you drive that spirit out of there.

That’s the reason the doctor wants to watch over you all the time because they think this is going to be in another place. It’s going to pop up someplace else.

So, it’s the same way in business. Satan will try to – you think you see him here and he pops up over here. You got rid of this problem and another problem popped up, but when you’ve got prayer coming in and you’ve got someone that’s touching heaven, that infirmed – and I’m going to put it in a business world.

It’s an infirmed spirit in the business world that needs to be cut our just like a cancer and the only way these things can be done – I know that’s mixing supernatural with the natural thoughts, but the bottom line: if you get the spirit man straight, the blessings are going to catch up.

Patrick: They can’t help but catch up.

Lee: They can’t help but catch up. We promote so much. We know money breeds money. Tomatoes breed tomatoes because you’ve got to plant the seeds. Everything is after its kind.

Now, business has to have something that’s going to promote it besides just money. It’s got to be in God’s word. It’s got to be a part of what God is because God created everything. So, God’s given you this insight and this is what I’m excited about myself. As people begin to learn from this and their minds are woken up; in other words, the veil is lifted. When we start seeing that veil listing, something’s got to happen.

Charles: And we don’t have to wait Lee, for the enemy to come to us. We can go to him. We can take the battle to him.

Lee: Is that like going bear hunting with a hicker switch?

Charles: Yes. We have weapons of warfare. They’re called the gifts of the Holy Spirit. First Corinthians Chapter 12, Chapter 14. Powered by love; Chapter 13. We are not ignorant of the enemy’s devices, but there are divinely powerful weapons of warfare that can be used to pull down strongholds of the enemy.

Charles: Now we’re pastoring leaders around the world really and the sky is the limit. God is using us to really breakthrough and pioneer in this and there are others that are coming on our coattails, but what a privilege and an honor.

I feel like I’m in convergence. I feel like I’m operating in fullness, full capacity where all the tests and the trials of the past have converged upon me and upon my wife, Liz. And I’m living life to the fullest helping people fulfill their destiny.

I don’t have to be out in front. I can be in the sidelines interceding praying and coaching and we have other intercessors; obviously in coaches. But, to see our leaders fulfill their destiny and be launched into the greatness that God has inside of them. Every person had greatness on the inside of them. It’s just they need some keys to unlock it.

Lee: Let me ask you a question, Brother Charles. We’re talking about businesses here and I know there’s lot of people watching. How about somebody that’s not in business? Can this be put into their life?

Charles: We can do it on a personal basis. We have many singles that we pray for. We have many people that are aspiring business people – leaders – and we help launch and pray those businesses into existence. We’re there to do business consulting and we have many, many contacts and leads that we could feed them through whatever need. For example, one thing might be to apply for grants. A lot of people are looking to apply for grants right now.

Lee: And you can help them in this area?

Charles: We have contacts.

Lee: Amen. To have the contacts build. That’s very powerful just getting contacts because a lot of people say, “What do I do to find that avenue to start working towards?” And this is powerful; that statement right there to help them get on top of that and they’ve got the covering to go with what God’s put in your life.

Patrick, I know that you push a lot of ministries when you bring them onto different businesses and things like this. What do you see happening in these areas like Brother Charles is in where the business – I know the people you work around, you feel the pulse of what’s going on.

Patrick: Sure. Actually, I see it all the time where folks really need, not just good counsel, but Godly counsel. I see people needing order in their business and in their lives in ways that they know they’re missing it, but their blind spots or their blinders in their business are keeping them away from moving into those areas that they could. And then even beyond that, their own negative beliefs; their own limiting beliefs of what they see they can do.

Well, someone like Charles and the prayer team being to remove the lid so that you can jump to farther and farther heights. That’s a key – deliverance – because once you break that chain of unbelief and limiting belief, open avenue.

Lee: And people can’t see that. We preach about it and I know somebody’s listening right now, you’re saying – and I feel this in my spiritual reading. I say it because people think in tangible area.

And see, Jesus ought to give you the keys to the kingdom. That’s not tangible. We don’t see it. We don’t feel it. We don’t taste it, but it’s there because He said it’s there.

So, if Jesus said that in making a statement to us that we get some keys to do something and this is where the church, I believe, lacks a lot in promoting like what you’re doing right here…

Lee: and I believe that’s the same thing in what God’s called you into. Nevertheless, even though these business, whether small or great or big.

And you made a statement just now covering. Covering is a very important issue. Whenever people say, “Where do you go to church?” I say, “Well, I don’t.” “Where’s your covering?”

Charles: Exactly. A lot of people will confuse covering with control. Covering should not be as smothering. Covering should be an enabler.

Lee: There’s a difference in covering and smothering.

Charles: There’s a difference and covering is a good thing. It is having people that know you and you know them, and it implies accountability. It’s implies relationship. It implies a covenant. When the enemy comes against you, he’s coming against me as your covering, for example.

And I wanted to just touch a little bit on the next issue. Jesus told Peter to cast your nets – plural – on the other side and Peter only had one net that he cast and it was full, we know. So, what happened is the Master’s input was invited into that business. New tactics and strategies were given. Cast your net on the other side and the school of fish saw that net and made a beeline for it.

And it’s also when Jesus responded to Peter when Peter said, “They want our taxes.” And Jesus said, “Go fishing. Go a fishing and the first fish you catch, there will be coin in its mouth.” Guess what? This expert fisherman cast his line out and there was a fish that was marked from its time that it was born that had this coin inside of it which was the answer, which was the breakthrough. And that fish made a beeline for that hook and that’s the answer. That’s the provision that God has for each and every one of us when we have that covering.

Lee: Amen. You made a statement said, “The fish made a beeline for that net.” Now, for them fish to make a beeline for a net, that net had to be attractive. There had to be something about that net to draw them to it.

Charles: There was gold in there; something in there.

Lee: Something about that net drew them to it, but he said, “At thou word.” And that was all Jesus said was put it on the other side. And sometimes in business, you get locked into a place. You feel like, “I’m not growing. It’s not growing. I feel like I have an anchor tied to me.”

Some businesses begin to drown because they can barely get ahead, get a gulp of air and then back down, come back up and get another gulp and they’re coming down, but when they’re under a covering and through the prayer and fasting in the intercession that’s going forth for these businesses.

And I’m going to say, from my viewpoint, this is a very powerful weapon against the devil because people don’t realize how strong prayer is. Prayer is so strong. Why did Satan have a woman to take it out of the school? Because it was powerful. It was keeping the children off of drugs. It was powerful. It was keeping people – the murder spirit wasn’t in the schoolhouse. There weren’t nobody carrying guns in those days when the prayer was in the school.

That was a powerful weapon, but when that weapon was taken out, then what took over? Sex, drugs, rock and roll, and everything else. It took over because the weapon was removed and God wants to put that weapon back into place and putting that weapon back in that God has chose you to spearhead this. I’m sure people are doing this, but God – and you pastored up until this point and God took you out of the pastoral area and said, “Start pasturing to businesses.”

Charles: He is moving. It’s a new day.

Lee: Amen. And you’ve got testimonies of people and God called you in this what? Five years ago to do what you’re doing right now?

Charles: I have got so many testimonies. Five years ago.

Lee: It has to be working to be five years old even.

Charles: We’re growing. We’re constantly growing. We’re always adding new companies. We’re in the United Kingdom. We’re in Canada and then we’re in 14 states in the US.

Lee: Wow. So, people’s businesses have taken off.

Charles: They have taken off. We had one company double in size in 24 hours in the number of clients that they had. Now, I’m not saying that’s the norm. That‘s the exception, but it’s real. Why? Because the Lord – He honors mutual submission.

Lee: Amen. So, the keyword that what you’re talking about here today – and I want you to pay real close attention. The keyword here is whenever they come as the intercession and that’s where I see it from being a minister.

If I’m out in the war, out in the front, I want some pearl warriors behind me putting the shield in front of me because the Bible said “the shield of faith” and sometimes – I’ve thought about it many times how my shield would be battered, torn, have dents in it, have holes in it, but it still works and it helps to protect.

So, whenever you got pearl warriors and they’re in a seating – Jesus even told Peter. He said, “Satan seeks to sift you like wheat.” He said, “But, I’m praying for you.” In other words, I’m interceding for you, and so he’s interceding.

But, we do want to open the lines up right now and if there’s anybody out there right now, you want an answer and you want to call in just call the number on your screen and Brother Charles will answer your question in what he’s doing here.

If you want to call that number, we’ll take some calls right now and we’ll use what we want to here that we can squeeze in. We’ve just got a short time here to share some things, but in this today – today is your day. Today. Today. Did I say today?

Charles: Today.

Lee: Today. Amen. That means God wants to do something for you now. When God moved into Jesus, He was the “I am” that moved in and that means He’s the I am present to do something now. And we don’t want to live in the future. We don’t want to live in the past. We live day by day. Amen.

So, in that daily walk with God, as you begin to learn and you have a question, I want you to feel free to call in. We’ll bring it live right on television. And as you call in to ask a question, and I know Charles will give you an answer. Maybe we’re answering all your questions and you don’t need to call in, but do feel free to do this.

Brother Dougher, how did you come into contact with Brother Charles in this area?

Patrick: We actually connected at this thing called Kingdom Marketplace Coalition and it’s all about believers connecting and having a Facebook meets kingdom with a monitored backbone.

That’s how we first met, but the one thing that encouraged me to bring W.I.S.E into my company as a marketer and a business developer, I wanted a prayer cover. You know how important it is.

Lee: Oh, yes it is.

Patrick: If you want to extend your reach, you need to extend your sword. You need to reach forward and actually add an order, which is what I think you were talking about earlier, to what’s going on in your business. I just think about when Jesus stepped on the boat, borrowed the company of Peter and his brothers. When He stepped off, gave them a little direction and harvest.

They hadn’t had anything before. It was a blockage of some sort, but when order stepped on and was able to use that business to have an impact, the reward was massive and their influence and affluence was tremendously increased.

Lee: That was the first time Jesus – because there’s going to be a lot of first time people calling in that’s going to be contacting you and that was the first time that Peter heard Jesus talk. That was the first time he heard Him talk and here He comes – we’re talking about…

And I want to say this to being on His side. This is a fisherman. He knew how to fish. He knew what it took. He was a business man. And so, he had fished all night and come back in and we’re talking about a man that comes in contact with an answer to his problem.

When he come in contact and notice, Brother Dougher, what he said even when Jesus – these nets are done washed up, done put up because he knew that this is the wrong time to be fishing. Daylight – they fished at night and so forth. Now, he said, “Nevertheless, at thy word.”

Charles: At thy word. Whoo! I’ll preach.

Lee: Nevertheless, at thy word. The first time he heard, but nevertheless, at thy word, even though I fished all night and probably people going to think I’m crazy, but he heard something that inspired him that Jesus knew what he was talking about.

Charles: That’s the apostolic guys. Is that the apostle, Paul told Titus, he said, “I long to come to you that I might set those things that are lacking in order.” The apostolic will set things in order.

And we all need to be teachable and, sometimes, the longer that a business person has been operating in that main, in that channel perhaps that he’s been operating in, perhaps the less flexible that we become. So, we need people around us. We need what is called like “a 360 evaluation.”

Lee: A 360.

Charles: A 360. So, we take two or three close friends of yours and we say, “Okay. We know what Lee’s strengths are, but what are his weaknesses? Could you give him some input? If you could tell him anything to his face, what would you say to him?” So, they provide that input and I’ll tell you what. There’s wisdom in a multitude of what? Counselors.

Lee: That’s right. That’s what the Bible says and the Bible is all truth. Amen. I want you to look at the camera. I know there are some people right now. I want you to look at the camera and just spearhead something. Why do they need you?

Charles: Which camera?

Lee: Right here.

Charles: Well, why do you need us? I think we all need someone in our lives that we can be accountable to, and someone that can provide input into our blind spots, and someone that can provide help for us in time of need.

We don’t always know the needs that we have. So, look at bringing us on to maybe do some 360 evaluation. Maybe we can assess where you’re at, where God wants to take you. There’s probably some forces, some evil forces that are coming against you and ,of course, we’re not saying there’s a demon behind every rock, but there are sometimes spiritual forces that we need to deal with.

Maybe it’s repentness of the land. Maybe it’s the prior occupant of the building, perhaps defiled the building. I’m reminded of when we did some land assessment with a friend. It wasn’t a client, but I saw a noose around his neck and I said, “What is this noose here?” And he said, “Well, there were a couple of people that hung themselves on the land just right next to here.”

And so, that was constricting him literally in the natural, not just in the spirit. So, we broke that off of him. Maybe there’s some business intelligence that you need; some spiritual intelligence that you need to add to your team. And we come in there and we help you to hear the voice of God, to discern His direction. We’re more of a sounding board where you can then learn how to hear the voice of God for yourself and for others better.

And finally, a prayer team of gifted people that know how to hear God. Why not leverage those tools and those resources to people that can hear God? Together, we both prosper. Both sides prosper. I learned so much from my partners and we’re just blessed to be able to do this, Lee. God is moving.

Lee: Amen. I know there’s people watching right now, and you may say in your heart, “What’s this got to do with me in business? We’re in a business world. This is a tangible thing.”

Let me tell you something. Everything with God, when you read the Bible, if we keep God in the equation even though you can’t see God, He’s there. If you mix God into your business, your business will explode with blessings.

So, I want to let you know; bring these two together. As God has moved in Brother Charles’ left, I want you to pay close attention here. He brings this together; bringing this together and locking it together. The Bible says that we’re on body, but you see several bodies all over the world. There’s millions of people that love Jesus and they’re the Body of Christ.

But see, they’re spiritually brought together. Even though you see the tangible person, there’s only one Holy Ghost and this one Holy Ghost lives in all these people as they come together as one body.

It’s the same way in the business world. And Charles, as God has brought this in your spirit to bring this together, the spirit and the tangible are the natural. And we think, “If the sinners can make a business operate, how come we need the Holy Ghost to make business operate?”

And especially at this time – we’re going through a crisis. And people say, “Well how come I can’t see my business flourish more?” How can they break that down?

See, we should be ahead of this natural world because we’re spiritual people. Whenever God blessed – what was Jacob’s dad’s name?

Charles: Isaac.

Lee: Isaac blessed him. Now, I had a brain freeze there for a second. But, when He blessed him, that was a natural person, but that blessing had to be passed down and here he wound up being head man.

Charles: From a janitor.

Lee: Yes, because the blessing got passed down. But, we don’t realize in our minds how these blessings could get passed down. We’re either living under a curse or we’re living under a blessing.

Charles: That’s right. And there’s hidden curses.

Lee: Hidden curses.

Charles: There’s hidden curses. There’s hidden blessings. We want to walk in all the blessings. I said before, life and death, blessing and cursing. Choose this day which day you will go.

And the Lord God is saying – and our partners have received tremendous breakthrough and they’re receiving tremendous breakthrough.

And God is wanting remove, Lee, the road blocks and the hindrances, and those curses; those things hidden in darkness. There’s also treasures hidden in darkness. There’s different strategies. There’s different plans.

Deuteronomy 29:29 – “The secret things belong to God.” But, those things He reveals to us belong to us and our children’s children forever. There are some secrets, Lee, that God wants to reveal to businesspeople – Christian businesspeople – about the Lord and about strategies of taking their mountains – Isaiah 22 – “In the Latter Days, the mountains of the Lord’s house shall be exalted above all other mountains and all the nations shall flow to it.”

There’s seven mountains, there’s seven spheres of influences. Business is one. Religion is one. Family, media, arts and entertainment, government, education. There’s seven mountains of influence. So, sometimes people just need to have a focus. Maybe there’s a business leader out there right now, Lee, that is trying to operate in a certain area that’s maybe not his or her strength and there just needs to be a little bit of refocusing where God wants to open up supply to him or her.

Lee: It brought to mind – I’ve got a friend that has a bit organization, a ministry. And so, he had brought another person into the organization, so when the other person come in, he sat around in the organization and watched what each person did.

Now, all the ingredients were there, so he went in there and stirred up the nest. Everybody got upset with him because he said, “I see this person running it a quarter of what they could do that they need to be in this office and I see this person that needs to be over in this office,” because he just watched them.

Charles: We do that.

Lee: He took notes. So, when he had done that, he got that business, because gospel is a business also. The Bible said, “Be fervent in business.” And so, you’ve got to do God’s business. So, when he got all these people when they were going at half speed, he got them running 100% and everybody said, “No, no. That ain’t where I want to be. That ain’t where I’m called to be,” but when he got it done, everybody was happy because everything flowed and it worked so well. And it caused them to have more outreach to do what God told them to do.

Lee: Praise God. So good to be with you on this good old Friday. I know a lot of people are happy because it’s Friday. They can get the whole weekend off, so we’re praying you have a good, nice sweet weekend. We’re going to continue today what we were on; the ones that were watching yesterday for the listeners that just tuned in.

We got into some very, very good things yesterday opening up the word of God tied in with some things that could be a big difference in your life. Brother Charles is going to be sharing these things with us and I’ve got Brother Dougher with us today. And as we begin to throw questions at him, we’re going to put him on the hot seat a little bit today.

This is going to be something that could help you in this time. Right now, we’re in the middle of some financial problems, and people losing their homes and things going on. Yet, so many people say, “Well, I have your answer,” or, “Here’s your answer over here.” And you’re saying, “What is my answer?”

Well, we want to, somehow today – maybe we can just make a dent in that and bring some kind of an answer and some kind of closure in your spirit that God is with you; that God is going to help you get through this situation.

And maybe you don’t have a situation whatsoever. This will be enlightening to you to even expound more in your ministry, or in your finances, or in your business because it’s about small businesses and large businesses.

And so, as we go into this today, I want you to get a pencil and paper. Take time out to get a piece of paper so you can write some things down because Brother Charles will be breaking down some things for you today and I just want to give him the opportunity right now to call some friends, tell them to tune into a Acces34.tv if they’re out of state or out of range where they can’t get it on television.

Charles: Always nice to see you.

Lee: You know I always like to shake hands. That shows yourself friendly [2:08 inaudible]

Charles: That’s right.

Lee: We got in some good stuff yesterday and I believe it kind of opened up the minds of some people. I’ve been hearing good reports about it. So, you don’t mind staying over today. I know your home is in Austin, but we’re staying over today and just making some things happen. You said, to bring some of the people up to date, God put this in your spirit a few years ago.

Charles: About five years ago.

Lee: Bring some people up to date just a little bit of what you’re talking about here so they know where we’re going.

Charles: Right. Well, this is really a ministry – Lee and Pat, it’s great to have you on the show with us today – that the Lord birthed in our spirits, my wife Liz, and I about five years ago. We were traditional Pastors in Austin, but there was something missing.

We needed to take the presence and the power of God outside the four walls of the church and into the marketplace – and I just love ministering to leaders. I love ministering to CEOs and empowering businesses. A business can have the presence and the power of God like a church can have.

Lee: Yes, it can.

Charles: Isn’t that amazing? We have seen that. And so, really, God really wants to be invited into our listener’s businesses.

Lee: We’re talking about God, the Creator.

Charles: The Creator.

Lee: We’ve got a little tiny business. It’s probably a dot you can’t see on the map. And He’s God, but you bring Him into the equation, something’s got to change. How do you proceed to do that?

Charles: Well, we have an assessment process where we’ll come on site and we’ll spend a couple – two or three days – with the clients, the potential clients, and we’ll do some interviews. We’ll go in the offices and we’ll see what the Lord is saying about, really, where the company has been and where it’s going.

And so, we definitely want to have the leaders, the CEO’s, vision and we try to talk about boundaries. We talked about boundaries yesterday. Where is the boundary? What has God called them to do? How is their business to be used as a weapon or a tool in their region geographically? And how can we expand their influence in all areas?

Lee: See, when you said a weapon, what do you mean when you say weapon?

Charles: Well, I’ll tell you what. When you’ve got someone that’s a leader and you’ve got people under them, they’re working in unity and they’re motivated, I’ll tell you, there’s a blessing – a commended blessing – where there’s unity.

The company can be used as a weapon because whenever we’re fulfilling the call of God in our lives, whenever we are walking in fullness of His spirit and His purpose, there is nothing greater than that. It’s a feeling of being fully alive.

And so, when we’re fully aligned and aligned with Heaven – when Earth is aligned with Heaven, the enemy has to just step back. There is no room for the enemy in that equation. So, that’s how it’s used as a weapon.

Lee: Amen. Yeah, I can see that too. I got this immediately flash in my mind when you said the Earth comes in align with Heaven. When Jesus was in the River Jordan for the first time when John baptized him, they come in alignment right there because the windows of Heaven open up. And I can see the weapon part because Jesus became a weapon against the devil and through the word. And so, if we can get this alignment into the business place – and you do that through intercessory?

Charles: We do that through mapping out weaknesses, challenges in the leadership; maybe filling in the holes where there are maybe some weaknesses and then, yes, intercessors that are equipped.

We look at their gift mix and we say, “Okay, this person has a breakthrough anointing. This person is more of a crisis [6:00 inaudible] anointing.”

So, we match the strengths of our intercessors with the needs of the client. It might be for breakthrough, financial breakthrough. There’s a lot of people that are wanting and needing that right now. So, yes.

And putting seven powerful prayer shields of protection around our leaders, it just causes, really, the enemy is pushed pack and then God can pour in, Lee and Pat, he can pour in the oil and the wine.

There’s nothing like spending time with God and getting healed where you can just take a step back and say, “Okay, where are we now? Where does God want to take me?” because we all can be so busy.
